Draft builder

The validation builder runs in your browser. Answer-and-clue entries are not sent to a server by the builder, and refreshing the page clears the current draft.

Photo preview

An optional photo is loaded through a temporary local browser URL. It is not included in the inquiry form and is not uploaded by this validation build.

Inquiries

If you submit an inquiry, the form sends the name, email, event date, requested format, message, and a short operational summary to a private Cloudflare D1 database. Depending on the form, that summary may include placed clues, project stage, content readiness, or intended print size. It does not send the optional photo. We use the inquiry only to assess and respond to the request.

Anonymous analytics

The site uses Pageview to count page visits and sends the page URL and referring page without an advertising cookie. When a valid measurement ID is configured, Google Analytics 4 also measures visits. Visitors clearly identified as being in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland are asked before GA4 loads; other and unidentifiable regions load GA4 directly under the site's regional policy. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain disabled. The private funnel records a short-lived random session ID, landing path, broad referrer channel, allowlisted actions, and sanitized campaign labels. None of these systems receives clue text, answers, names, photos, or email from the builder. Operator QA tabs suppress Pageview, GA4, and private funnel events.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are reviewed for deletion after 30 days unless an active order requires a longer working record. Anonymous event rows are retained for the two-week validation analysis and then aggregated or removed. Final production assets are never reused for marketing or model training without separate permission.
